Information collected automatically may include your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, scrolls, interactions, session information, approximate location derived from IP address, analytics identifiers, and ad interaction data.

Information from third parties may include data from advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, payment processors, messaging platforms, and other service providers.

3. How We Use Information

4. AI Processing

Axen Labs may use artificial intelligence, automation, software agents, large language models, APIs, and related technologies to support business operations, client services, customer communications, internal workflows, content creation, lead qualification, scheduling, and analysis.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. We do not intentionally use AI systems to make legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-risk decisions about individuals without appropriate human review.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

If privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply to your information, we may process personal information based on consent, contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or another lawful basis recognized by applicable law. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Marketing Communications

If you provide your contact information, subscribe, submit a form, or interact with our services, we may contact you about relevant services, products, resources, and opportunities where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email, or by contacting us at legal@axenlabs.ai. Transactional and service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.

We use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate our websites, improve performance, understand user behavior, support advertising, measure campaigns, and improve our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide such data to Axen Labs and that their own privacy notices and compliance practices allow the use of their data for the requested services.

11. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as name, email, billing details, payment status, and the last four digits of a payment card. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage client relationships, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support business operations. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely retain it as permitted by law.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no system, website, AI tool, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, accounts, passwords, and credentials. Axen Labs operates from the United States. If you access our websites or provide information from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing communications, opt out of certain targeted advertising, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Our websites, tools, services, communities, and products are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date above. Your continued use of our websites, tools, products, or services after an updated policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.

21. MARC Life and Public App Data

If you create or use an account for MARC Life or another Axen Labs public app, we may collect and process account data, profile data, authentication data, device and session data, product usage data, preferences, support messages, workspace settings, notification settings, and the content you choose to enter into the app.

For MARC Life, this may include projects, tasks, goals, milestones, notes, habits, check-ins, streaks, planner activity, dates, schedules, fitness logs, workouts, exercises, body metrics you voluntarily enter, progress summaries, tags, labels, archived items, and other information you add while using the product. You control what you enter into the app, and you should not add information you are not comfortable storing in a cloud-based product.

22. Account Access, Authentication, and Security Signals

Public apps may require sign-up, login, magic links, OAuth providers, password reset flows, session cookies, device identifiers, audit logs, IP-derived location, fraud signals, rate-limit data, and security events. We use this information to create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, protect accounts, enforce limits, and operate the product.

You are responsible for protecting your account, devices, login methods, email inbox, and any third-party accounts connected to the product. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact legal@axenlabs.ai or the support channel provided in the app.

23. User Content, Private Workspaces, and Sharing

Content you add to a private app workspace is intended to remain private unless you choose to share it, export it, invite another user, connect an integration, publish it, or otherwise make it available. If collaborative features are added, invited users may be able to view, edit, export, or delete content depending on their permissions.

We may access user content when reasonably necessary to provide support, debug issues, investigate abuse, maintain security, comply with law, enforce terms, or improve product reliability. We do not use private user content to train public AI models unless we clearly state otherwise or obtain consent where required.

24. Fitness, Wellness, and Sensitive Information

MARC Life may allow users to track habits, workouts, exercises, body weight, routines, goals, and personal progress. These features are for personal organization and wellness tracking only. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

Depending on what you enter, app content may reveal sensitive information about your health, routines, beliefs, location patterns, work, finances, relationships, or personal life. Please use discretion when entering sensitive information. If we identify information that requires special treatment under applicable law, we will process it according to applicable legal requirements.

25. Product Analytics, Experiments, and Improvement

We may analyze app usage to understand feature adoption, reliability, retention, activation, navigation, errors, performance, conversion, and product quality. Product analytics may include events such as account creation, page views, button clicks, feature usage, completed tasks, check-ins, subscription status, errors, and device/browser information. We use this data to improve the app, prioritize features, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and understand whether the product is useful.

26. Integrations, Imports, and Exports

If public apps allow integrations with calendars, email, storage tools, fitness tools, AI providers, payment processors, or other third-party services, we may process data from those services only as needed to provide the connected feature. Third-party integrations are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy. You may be able to disconnect integrations through the app, the third-party platform, or by contacting us.

If export, backup, sync, or import features are provided, you are responsible for where you store exported files and who can access them after export.

27. Account Deletion and Data Export

Where available, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by using in-app tools or contacting legal@axenlabs.ai. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, backups, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, tax records, enforcement, or legitimate business operations. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.

28. Beta Features and Product Changes

Public apps may include beta, experimental, AI-assisted, or early-access features. These features may change, fail, produce inaccurate results, or be removed. We may use feedback, diagnostics, support messages, and product analytics to improve beta features and decide whether to launch, modify, or discontinue them.
